How does this firewall differ from
the rest?
It is *EXTREMELY* simple and efficient.
How does it work?
It blocks all inbound packets that
are not RELATED to any type of outbound connection.
Can I run a server?
Yes, you can allow any type of
connection you wish in step 8 of rc.firewall, an example is provided.
What else does it do?
It also sets up IP MASQEURADING
for your local area network.
Anything else?
Yes, everything on your LOCAL AREA NETWORK is
allowed by default.
